Date : 2021-11-02 Time : 22:00:00On Tuesday, 27/3/1443 AH, Taif University, represented by the University College in Al-Khurma, in cooperation with Al-Khurma General Hospital, held a course entitled "Breast Cancer Awareness". The course was presented by Dr. Eman Abdel Qader, Health Awareness and Infection Control Officer, and Susu Abdullah, the nurse in the emergency department of Al Khurma General Hospital. The course aimed at the importance of early detection of breast cancer and knowing the difference between benign and malignant breast tumors, in addition to the role of screening through a mammogram in diagnosing cancerous tumors and an explanation of how self-examination works, in addition to an explanation of how self-examination works and a recommendation to avoid dangerous factors that increase the possibility of breast cancer.
